Who we are

MyCamp-Us is operated by Camp-us International LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the MyCamp-Us mobile app and its administration console collect, how it is used, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, phone number and the role your housing provider has given you.
• Housing records: residences, rooms, housing agreements and signatures, charges and payments recorded, repair requests, inspections, notices and documents.
• Photos and files you choose to upload, such as photos of a repair or an inspection.
• Voice input: if you dictate a message, your device turns speech into text, and we receive only the text.
• Assistant messages: if the in-app assistant is enabled for your account, the messages you send it and its replies.
• Technical information: device type, app version, sign-in times and security logs. We do not use advertising identifiers and do not track you across other apps or websites.

How we use it

To run the service: managing housing agreements, payments, repairs and inspections; keeping your account secure; meeting legal and record-keeping obligations; and improving the app.

Who we share it with

Your housing provider and its staff see the records their role allows. Service providers process data on our behalf: cloud hosting and storage, and an AI provider for assistant messages when the assistant is enabled. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is active, and afterwards for as long as housing, tax or legal record-keeping requires. Signed agreements and their records are kept for the period those obligations set.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, door codes are encrypted at rest, uploaded files are scanned for viruses, access is limited by role, and changes are recorded in an audit trail.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information. Residents can make these requests from Privacy settings in the app; anyone can contact us using the details below. We will respond as the law where you live requires.

Children

MyCamp-Us is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. Significant changes will also be announced in the app.
