Agreeing to these terms
MyCamp-Us is provided by Camp-us International LLC. By using the app or the administration console you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
Accounts
Accounts are issued by your housing provider. Keep your password private and tell your housing office straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what is done with it.
Acceptable use
Use MyCamp-Us only for its purpose: managing and living in campus housing. Do not access records your role does not allow, upload unlawful or harmful content or malware, interfere with the service, or misuse other people’s information.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, files and messages you upload, and you allow us to store and process them to provide the service.
Housing agreements and payments
Housing agreements are between you and your housing provider; MyCamp-Us records and presents them. Payments shown in the app are recorded by your housing provider, and questions about charges should go to them.
The assistant
Where available, the in-app assistant uses AI and can make mistakes. Check its suggestions before acting on them.
Availability and changes
We work to keep MyCamp-Us available but do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features.
Ending access
Your housing provider or we may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is no longer needed.
Disclaimer and liability
MyCamp-Us is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Camp-us International LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continuing to use MyCamp-Us after a change means you accept the updated terms.
